Practice Areas

We believe that certain practice areas intersect in ways that affect our clients at different stages, all with the end result focused on legacy preservation. Proper business planning is essential to create the best and optimal structure and business for an entrepreneur. Once that business is established, it is then important to protect the business and have a succession plan in place. Estate planning is essential to ensure that what is created in the business is passed on to the entrepreneur's beneficiaries and heirs to preserve the legacy that is being created for them. Various estate planning tools can be used to help accomplish this goal and our firm is skilled at identifying the right tools for the right purpose. Many of our entrepreneurs are budding entertainers who are seeking to protect their creative ideas and products or to protect themselves from liability for the projects they are a part of. Our entertainment law practice works with our creative entrepreneurs to review contracts, establish a business entity when necessary, establish trademarks, and also provide estate planning to protect their assets. Finally, we work with physicians who need estate planning and business law services to help maintain their medical practices and protect their product, the doctor him or herself. We are proud to provide general counsel services to them when and as often as needed.

In addition, we also handle simple probate and social security disability reconsideration/appeal matters as well. Our goal is to be a one-stop legal shop for our clients so they can focus on their businesses and projects.
